The Commission for Agriculture Cost and Price (CACP) has recommended to the Central Government that cash fertilizer subsidy be given to farmers. The commission said the amount could be given to farmers in two times. This amount will be in addition to PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi (PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi).

New Delhi. The Commission on Agricultural Expenditure and Prices (CACP) has recommended to the Central Government to provide Rs 5,000 to farmers in addition to the PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi (PM-Kisan). The commission has said that cash fertilizer subsidy should be given to farmers every year as a fertilizer subsidy. The commission has recommended that the amount be transferred directly to farmers' bank accounts (DBT) twice. Under this Rs.2,500 in kharif crop and Rs.2500 in rabi crop season.


The Center will stop subsidizing fertilizer companies

If the Commission recommends advising the Central Government on the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of farm produce, if the PM Honors Fund is subsidized to the tune of Rs 6,000 per annum in addition to Rs 5,000, the direct bank account (DBT) At the same time you get, if the fertilizer subsidy is sent directly to the farmers' account, the central government can now end the subsidy given to companies for selling cheap fertilizer companies.


The government will then give a total of Rs 11,000 to farmers every year.

Due to the subsidy given to fertilizer companies, farmers now get urea and P&K fertilizer at cheaper prices in the market. The government currently gives Rs 2,000-2,000 to farmers three times under the Prime Minister's Kisan Sanman Nidhi (PM-Kisan). So far 90 million farmers have been registered under this scheme. If this recommendation is accepted, the government will provide Rs 11,000 per annum to farmers with fertilizer subsidy.
